Money collected at Sunday services and other special services is donated to charity. Normally two charities are chosen each term, one national or international, and the other local to Cambridge. The charities are often chosen by students who are part of the Chapel community.

BookTrust are the UK’s largest reading charity,
working in every local authority to reach millions
of children each year with books, resources and support
to get every child reading regularly and by choice.

Serving Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and across the East of England, Magpas operates 24/7 answering on average four calls a day for life-threatening emergencies. The oldest emergency medical charity of its kind, it is not state-funded and relies on generous public donations to keep them in the air.

The proceeds of our Advent Carol Service are always given to Trinity in Camberwell and those from Remembrance Sunday to the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal. If you would like to nominate a charity as a recipient of Chapel offerings, please speak to one of the Chaplains.
