Money collected at Sunday services and other special services is donated to charity.  Normally two charities are chosen each term, one national or international, and the other local to Cambridge.  The charities are chosen by students who are part of the Chapel community.

This term's charities:

Médecins Sans Frontiers (Doctors Without Borders)

MSF - Doctors Without Borders

Cara provides urgently-needed help to academics in immediate danger, those forced into exile, and many who choose to work on in their home countries despite serious risks. Cara also supports higher education institutions whose work is at risk or compromised.

Guided by medical ethics and the principles of impartiality, independence and neutrality, MSF provides medical assistance to people affected by
conflict, epidemics, disasters, or exclusion from healthcare.

The proceeds of our Advent Carol Service are always given to Trinity in Camberwell and those from Remembrance Sunday to the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal. If you would like to nominate a charity as a recipient of Chapel offerings, please speak to one of the Chaplains.
